City of Houston Bottled Water Distribution

The City of Houston is delivering free bottled water to those in need after the Texas winter storm. To learn more about water distribution sites in Houston, you will need to contact your city council member

CrowdSource Rescue

This Houston nonprofit helps the community with disaster relief resources after most storms. Following the Texas Winter Storm, CrowdSource Rescue is helping to deliver bottled water to Houston seniors and individuals with disabilities. 

To sign up for the free water delivery you can visit crowdsourcerescue.org/freeze. If you have trouble completing the online form, you can contact 311 for help filling out the application.

Food distribution sites

Houston Food Bank, HISD

Houston Food Bank in partnership with HISD will be assisting families with food box distributions.

West Houston Assistance Ministries

West Houston Assistance Ministries is conducting its drive-thru food distribution on a daily basis from Monday, February 22 thru Friday, February 26 (10501 Meadowglen Lane, Houston, TX 77042). Food distribution for up to 250 families will begin at 9 a.m. each day and no registration is required.
